Job Description :
Soliant is seeking dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapists (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for full-time, school-based positions in Dallas, TX, for the 24 / 25 school year.

Responsibilities :
- Provide occupational therapy services to students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.
Requirements :
- For OT : Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- For COTA : Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance.
- Valid Texas state license for OT or COTA.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
