Salary : $26.87 / hour

Express Employment Professionals in Red Wing, MN has partnered with 3M who is hiring Assemblers for their Red Wing facility! No previous experience is required for this role, and with two third shift schedules offered, you can choose the shift that works best for you!

The Assembly Department works together in small teams to create life-saving equipment. With plenty of cross-training opportunities, your work day will be filled with a variety of tasks as opposed to assembling a single component for an entire shift.

Assemblers will be standing and moving for the entire shift, and perspective candidates must undergo a drug screen, background check, and a hand-eye coordination assessment.

2nd Shift Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday : 3 : 30pm - 2 : 00am
  • Monday-Friday : 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm

3rd Shift Schedule

  • Monday-Friday : 11 : 00pm-7 : 00am
  • Tuesday-Friday : 8 : 30pm-7 : 00am

  • $26.87 / hour
  • Weekly paychecks every Friday

  • Read blueprints
  • Complete quality checks
  • Assemble parts
  • Sew components
  • Fasten parts using hand tools

    • Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Drug screen (required)
  • Background check (required)
  • Hand-eye coordination assessment (required)
  • 6 months of prior work history
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally)
  • Ability to stand / move for the entire shift
