TELEHEALTH POSITION

We are an Award winning Christian Counseling provider. We are seeking two Licensed Christian Mental Health Counselors to join our award winning team! You will provide recovery-oriented therapy services for those with mental health conditions and / or substance abuse if you are dually licensed individual or group settings.

Currently due to the ongoing concerns that began with COVID19, you will provide services solely via telehealth. Again, if you are dually licensed applicant you are a preferred but not required candidate.

If you are provisionally licensed with applicable experience you are welcome to apply as well. If you are a graduate of an accredited Christian program such as Liberty University or the like you are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues

Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues (LCAS or LCAS-A only)

Provide prevention oriented, solution focused, & faith based therapy from a professional home office.

Implement and review treatment plans (working knowledge of DSMV / Diagnosis)

Provide appropriate referral and care coordination

Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Ensure payment for services are received and communicate any issues with billing dept.

Represent, market, & grow the company and your individual caseload

Qualifications :

Clinician must have previous experience in mental health counseling and demonstrate confidence in their abilities

Clinician must be able to effectively provide counseling from a faith based approach

Clinician must be credentialed with BCBSNC on date of hire

Clinician must have begun process with other insurance major panels such as Aetna & Medcost

Clinician must have familiarity with community mental health resources

Clinician must excellent written and verbal communications skills

Clinician must demonstrate excellent technological skills (telehealth, computers, etc.)

Clinician must demonstrate ability to build rapport with target demographic

Clinician must have strong leadership qualities, team focus, and desire to grow
