Data Retention Engineer

A company is looking for a Data Retention and Protection Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage data classifiers and ensure data security and compliance

Oversee the administration of security software and tools

Conduct risk assessments and lead security engineering initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in information security, focusing on data classification and software administration

Experience with Microsoft E5 security tools preferred

Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred

Strong knowledge of data classification systems and compliance standards
