We are looking for an unlimited mechanical journeyman with a minimum of five to ten years of experience in the HVAC-R field.

Must be motivated, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer top pay and excellent benefits.

Compensation :

$40 - $60 hour Depending on Experience

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units
• Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee proper and secure operation of systems
• Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently
• Uphold all business and industry safety standards and regulations
• Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration post-installation
• Make use of expertise and specialized skills to figure out service needs
• Exercise diligent safety practices on a daily basis
• Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance
• Connect with clients to deliver excellent, client-oriented service
• Make certain compliance with appliance regulations and the Health and Safety Act Rewritten Job Responsibilities
• Effectively install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while adhering to safety protocols
• Ability to investigate and identify problems with existing HVAC systems
• Ensure systems function optimally and safely with regular upkeep
• Quickly and capably address any emergency repairs
• Abide by all applicable company and industry safety practices
• Accomplish on-site preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration post-installation
• Utilize expertise and specialized knowledge regarding maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements

Qualifications :

• Proven background in working as an HVAC technician
• Knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams
• Physical capability to work in situations that require various safety precautions and the use of protective equipment
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Great communication skills to converse with customers
• Superb mechanical aptitude
• Capacity to carry out repairs and paperwork as mandated
• Competence to detect maintenance risks and defects in HVAC systems
• Must have a current Oklahoma Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License
• Controls, chiller and boiler experience preferred, including State of Oklahoma Boiler License for "Repair, Service, Install Boilers"
