We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tworking the food and beverage department in a supervisory capacity being cross-utilized in other food and beverage outlets as necessary.
Train and motivate staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation. Fill in whenever needed, to ensure the utmost in guest service while caring enough to do it well by adhering to Forbes standards.
Qualifications : Essential :
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Minimum 2-year(s) experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
- Food handling certificate.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Skills : Essential :
- Must possess strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to understand guests' service needs.
- Ability to thrive during very high levels of business.
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
- Ability to focus attention on details.
