Business Analyst - SailPoint
12+ Month contract - high chance for extension or conversion to FTE

Location : Minneapolis MN or Denver, CO - Hybrid Tu-Th onsite
Job Details and Requirements Section Explain what the scope of the work / project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person responsible for).
This resource will specifically be supporting the SailPoint enhancements, capital projects.
What does a typical day look like? This resource will participate in a daily stand up with the full team, typical agile ceremonies, a stand-up Sprint review.
The team will discuss things like what else is missing, the showcase as far as what's being deployed with this two-week Sprint.
The team typically does not push to production every two weeks, and they will have deployments on a less often cadence, but they will still do the standard two-week showcase.
The day to day will be likely be working closely with some of these other resources.
This resource will be working between 2 technical teams who have different responsibilities. It could vary depending on what point in the project we are at, but most of it will be around gathering requirements on automation.
Will this resource support internal (business), or external customers? Internal only. However, may work with SailPoint on troubleshooting, however SailPoint supports us more than us supporting them.
What are the main technology application / software skills / experience this resource will be required to possess? The ideal candidate will have a good amount of SailPoint experience;
someone who is very familiar with the tool and has worked in it before. Not necessarily administrating the tool, but familiarity with the functionality of administration and things along those lines.
We're really looking at someone who's very good at process and very familiar with working in an agile environment. That process and attention to detail is going to be the primary thing we're looking at with the SailPoint knowledge being secondary.

This is an area that has a lot of opportunity for significant impact on our processes. This is this is an area that has needed a lot of the things that we're trying to get done in regarding some of these enhancements’ projects, for quite a while.
This team has a lot of technical expertise that has not had the support that they need for a while and now with some of these efforts, getting that support and being able to really drive a lot of value with the automation and see a lot of different parts of the company since SailPoint is our access system, there's a lot of different areas that we partner with it.
It gives you a lot of good visibility into the company.

- Candidate Detail Section What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications required? Looking at someone who's had these Analyst roles in the past, targeting 5-7 years of previous experience.
This resource must also have a lot of process experience and understands how to look at that bigger picture of what is the overall function that we're trying to achieve and how do we get from A to B.
Attention to detail, process and understanding of how things can be automated and put into an agile environment.
Agile experience is required. We're really looking at someone who's very good at process and very familiar with working in an agile environment.
That process and attention to detail is going to be the primary thing we're looking at with the SailPoint knowledge being secondary.
Resource should be very process driven.
Administrative Section What is the location of the contract assignment (Full time onsite, hybrid percent of time on site / home or, are you open to fully remote)?
Candidate can be located in either MSP or Denver as the team is split, Denver is slightly preferred. Resource is required to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
- When are you looking to conduct interviews? Could you confirm an interview block for candidates and suppliers to plan for? Week of September 9.
- Interview format : In-person, phone, virtual / video? Virtual video via Teams
- Will there be one round of interview or multiple rounds of interviews? One and done, however, depending on candidate pool, there could be potential for 2.

- Timeline to provide candidate interview feedback to Magnit? Within 2-3 days once all interviews are completed.
