We are hiring three general labor / maintenance personnel workers to join the team. The position is in the North Fort Myers area.
With weekly pay, full-time jobs start at $16.00 per ho, Monday- Friday, 8 : 00 am-4 : 00 pm. This position requires a valid driver's license.
You will be responsible for promptly completing work orders and other required tasks, including light painting / touch-up, yard cleaning, power washing and repairing and replacing fixtures and fittings, essential plumbing maintenance, and lawn care projects.
Responsibilities :
- Complete work and repair orders promptly

- Light painting / touch-up
- General maintenance department projects
- Grounds and facility projects and cleanup
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license to apply
