Role : Senior Account Executive - (POTENTIAL FUTURE NORTH AMERICA SALES LEADER)

We are headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California and are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team of over 250 people.

This role has rapid promotion and career development opportunities to potentially become Head of North America Sales and is a great way to be at the forefront of the tech industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Own the sales cycle including outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using a variety of sources
  • Demonstrate leadership both on the sales team and within the company in general
  • Master the ability to tell ITRex story and how we are a game changer for the various companies we partner with
  • Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers
  • Gain a basic understanding of the emerging technologies that ITRex utilizes and provides to our customers
  • Value & Solution selling
  • Partner with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities.
  • Build customer & partner relationships to support their success, upsell, and generate referrals
  • Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals.
  • Utilize HubSpot to internally track all activities

WHO YOU ARE :

  • 3-5+ years of successful quota carrying sales experience in SaaS
  • Successful SDR or business development experience generating leads
  • Motivated to advance your career
  • Master negotiator & closer
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Curiosity, ability to listen, desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and mentality
  • Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated
  • Diligent self-starter; someone with initiative
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Resilient, doesn’t give up easily
