A premier General Contractor in Metro Detroit is looking to add a Project Manager due to an excellent backlog. They have a 60+ year history in the area with tons of repeat work and their pipeline is the biggest it's ever been.
They focus heavily on Multifamily work with additional projects in the Commercial sector and are looking for future leaders within their organization.

Role / Responsiblities
- Oversee all aspects of multifamily and commercial ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with owner / developer to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures on the construction site
- Resolve any conflicts or obstacles that arise during the construction process to keep the project on track and within budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience at a general contractor
- Successful track record running multifamily projects
- Procore experience
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field highly preferred
- OSHA Certification

- Salary up to $135k, depending on experience
