As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.

Requirements and Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Work well under pressure
- Is a team-player
- Always delivers desirable food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
- Make sure the work area is clean and organized
- Use all the holding systems to insure food quality and safety
- Use all appropriate safety equipment
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning list
- Complete your continuous training checklist
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must have availability between 12pm-5pm or full availability
- Must have at least four days of availability (including Friday and / or Saturday)
