Our locally owned and operated healthcare continuum offers a spectrum of services including independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, medical equipment, pharmacy services, home care, hospice care, and care for those with memory impairment.
Columbine Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for one of our Northern Colorado Skilled Nursing Facilities in Fort Collins, CO.
This full-time , open position is for Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
- Dora license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Colorado.
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care or subacute rehab preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred.
- New grads welcome.
Compensation
- Starting wages : $30.50-$45 / hour DOE & benefits
- Employees who work 24+ hours per week are eligible for a full range of benefits including PTO, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401K, free health care clinic as well as discounts on pharmaceuticals.
