What You'll Be Doing
- Hunt for Opportunities : Seek out and chase new sales leads like a pro, using your charm and savvy to bring in fresh business.
- Meet & Greet : Hit the road to meet potential clients, understand their moving needs, and offer them our top-notch solutions.
- Crush Targets : Develop killer strategies to smash your sales goals and boost our revenue.
- Build Relationships : Create lasting bonds with clients through fantastic service and support.
- Market Mastery : Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
- Track Success : Keep tabs on your sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.
- Craft Proposals : Prepare and present dazzling proposals and quotes that win clients over.
- Team Player : Partner with our operations crew to ensure every contract goes off without a hitch and our clients are thrilled.
What Were Looking For
- Experience : 3+ years in outside sales, preferably in moving, logistics, or something similar.
- Sales Superstar : Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- People Skills : Amazing communicator with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Organized & Driven : Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech Savvy : Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- License to Drive : Valid drivers license and reliable wheels.
