Training working with the adult / geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

- Charting / Equipment : Laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication
- Unit Specific Skillset / Unit Overview : Evaluates, treats and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice.
Population served includes adult and geriatric patients. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements. Meets productivity expectations of an average of 4.5 visits per day

- Must be outside 50 miles

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
