Shine Pediatric Therapy seeks a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. The Speech and Language Pathologist will be crucial in providing diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy services to children with speech and language disorders or delays.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Provide direct therapy services to children with a variety of speech and language disorders or delays
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support the child's progress and maximize outcomes
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home
- Stay current on best practices, research, and trends in the field of speech-language pathology
- Participate in team meetings, case management, and professional development activities
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for certification
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
