Social Media Specialist

We're officially on the search for a Social Media Specialist that will work under the Social Media Manager and report to the Director of Social Media.
The Social Media Specialist will support and grow the efforts to expand our current community engagement activities and be our point person for partnerships.
You will tackle a variety of social media initiatives ranging from post ideation, response support and platform specific projects / campaigns.
You will also be responsible for partnering with leadership on the social media strategy, ideate new ways to expand an all-access content program, and drive the, "grow global / think local" mindset.
The Deets :
- Set and implement community engagement strategies for day-to-day posts, as well as special campaigns and launches.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, moderating discussions and content on multiple accounts (Lifestyle, Energy, Hydration, Wellness, and Apparel).
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Ideate and execute all giveaways, including campaigns and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage Twitter (Lifestyle) and Threads accounts (Lifestyle, Wellness, and Energy).
- Build and maintain relationships with partnerships and potential partnerships - experience with sports partnerships preferred.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends.
The Requirements :
- At least 2 years of social media marketing and / or content creation experience. Work samples or portfolio required.
- Experience working within a company and the ability to thrive in a structured setting.
- Experience with content creations - Instagram and TikTok.
- Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok Experience - understanding and actively using these platforms is critical.
- Experience with Adobe Suite preferred but not necessary (Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Self-motivated / self starter.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with strong skills in organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Takes feedback to execute change and make improvements.
- Understanding of digital and social platforms, emerging social technologies / platforms, and internet trends and culture.
- Content Creator by nature, possess content creation skills.
- Communicative, trustworthy, and able to meet and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong copywriting & copy-editing skills.
