Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI product development, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Craft and execute a strategic product roadmap, integrating responsible AI principles with market research and innovation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, legal, and business teams to identify and mitigate ethical risks in AI deployment.
• Manage the AI product lifecycle with a focus on incorporating user feedback, ethical considerations, and risk management into product design and iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
• Experience with AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with XFN teams.
• Experience with Responsible AI product developments.

Job Information :

Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units.
