The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, collecting data, and providing clinical leadership to a team of behavior technicians.
The BCBA will collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and / or behavioral challenges.
The BCBA will also provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and ensure that all services are provided in a trauma informed care manner.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
