Summary :
- Responsible for assisting in the Baptist Health PACE Clinic.
- Responsible for checking participants into and out of clinic visits in the Greenway EMR
- Responsible for clinic room set-up and clean- up
- Rooming participants and placing in a gown when appropriate
- Acquiring and documenting vitals
- Assisting with procedures when needed
- Performing phlebotomy and assisting with processing lab specimen - including but not limited to
blood, urine and stool
- Monitoring supplies and inventory for the clinic (expiration dates, note needed items)
- Compilation of participant specialty visit lists (Optometry, Ophthalmology, Podiatry and Dentistry)
including calls to notify and working closely with Baptist PACE transportation
- Work closely with the Baptist PACE Clinic LPN to ensure smooth running of the clinic
- Check desk phone and emails periodically through the day for voicemails
- Responsible for assisting the Nursing staff by performing various Participant Care activities and related non-professional
services within the ADHC.

- Manage medical needs of residents.
Other information :
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Current Arkansas CNA certification required.
- Phlebotomy trained or willing to complete training
- Communication skills necessary.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide with current credentials will be deemed
qualified.
- Certified Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
- Must have have minimum experience of one year working with the frail and elderly
population.
Must be medically cleared of communicable diseases and up to date with immunizations.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
