NOW HIRING : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Full-time
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) R esponsibilities Include :
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
Provide direct therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities.
Monitor and document residents' progress and responses to therapy.
Educate residents and their families about therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Valid COTA certification and Pennsylvania state licensure.
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
