About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented product management professional to join our client’s team. The Personal Lines Product Manager plays a vital part in the product development and pricing for homeowners, dwelling, and related product lines.
Hands-on role directly creating and implementing new products as well as making necessary changes to the products. The Product Manager will have the freedom to act on and lead the implementation of strategies and actions to assure product profitability, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for performance for achievement of growth, profit, and expense objectives
- Develops, implements, and revises a measurable and accurate business plan for all personal lines
- Directs Marketing’s competitive information gathering, maintains current information on key competitors, and initiates periodic analyses of competitors’ forms, rates, and rules
Skills & Experience
- Strong computer skills and data analytics / database skills, i.e. SQL, SAS, etc.
- 5 to 7+ years of Personal Lines experience creating and managing products for home insurance
- Technical knowledge and experience required to understand and apply pricing and ratemaking concepts including loss development, IBNR, and credibility factors
- Ability to develop, implement, and execute business plans to achieve the company’s growth, profit, and expense objectives
Compensation
$100,000 to $150,000 (depending on level)
