Job Details
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE, please note on submission profile to prevent delays!
- Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions.
- This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs.
- COVID vaccinations not required, however strongly encouraged.
Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE
- 2+ years of Current Med Surg - Required
- MUST be willing to float to other units as needed
- Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred
- Experience in Oncology Care and End Of Life Care - Highly Preferred but not required

- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
