Job Summary :
Our client, is a fashion brand seeking a Manager / Director of Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day activities at the company.
3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Responsibilities :
- Develop actionable plans that align with the founder's vision and strategic goals
- Make tactical decisions to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and address operational challenges
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Establish metrics, guidelines, and standards to evaluate company efficiency; identify opportunities for improvement
- Review, analyze, and improve business procedures; implement policies / procedures to enhance day-to-day operations
- Oversee production / inventory management, purchasing, marketing initiatives, and sales department goals
- Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, and forecast budgets / costs within each division
- Manage daily accounting / financial processes
- Effectively communicate new directives / policies / procedures; maintain morale during major changes through transparent communication
- Foster our company culture through operational practices, and employee engagement
- Support Founder and Human Resources with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- In-depth understanding of business operations practices, theories, and policies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
Education and Experience :
- Master's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in the Jewelry or related industry
- Demonstrated expertise in production, inventory management, distribution, wholesale / eCommerce sales, and marketing / finance / human resources
