JARS Cannabis is seeking a dynamic, entry-level Creative Production Designer with experience in graphic design and creative social marketing to join our growing corporate team.

This role will be responsible for assisting the marketing and creative teams with side tasks and projects such as creating, adjusting and editing graphics for social, website and e-commerce.

This position will report directly to the Marketing Director.

This is a great stepping-stone position for anyone looking to expand their creative skillset within the fast-paced cannabis industry!

Job Duties

Some of your proposed tasks in this role will include but are not limited to :

Edit and adjust photos of retail products that are sold in our stores

• Resize and prepare designs for web and print
• Produce Weedmaps (e-commerce / online shopping) graphics for our Michigan and Colorado markets
• Collaborate with graphic design lead on work as needed
• Prepare creative for web and print
• Any other duties as assigned by team

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Creative Marketing is preferred

• Must provide creative portfolio
• Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
• Must be organized and able to work quickly
• Must pay attention to detail in order to resize designs with accuracy to original Visual ID
• Must have an eye for typography and layout
