Key Responsibilities :

• The Level 2 Enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) F5 Engineer plays a critical role in the continuous monitoring, management, and maintenance of the company's enterprise network infrastructure
• This position involves handling more complex network issues, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring high network performance and reliability
• The Level 2 NOC Engineer collaborates closely with Level 1.5 & 2 support, network engineers, and other IT teams to maintain optimal network operations
• Possible occasional travel to Memphis

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of Enterprise Network Services experience
• Possible occasional travel to Memphis
• Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications :

F5 Load Balancing experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
