About The Position
Job Title : Pharmacy Technician Job Specialty : Pharmacy Technician Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : AM / PM rotating shifts with every other weekend requirement Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : Minimum 1 year License : Current and unencumbered California Pharmacy Technician license Certifications : None specified Must-Have : - Pyxis and narcotics handling experience- Patient medication reconciliation experience preferred Job Description : Work in a dynamic environment with AM shifts starting at 0700, 0730, or 0930 and PM shifts at 1400, 1500, or 1700.
- Participate in rotating shifts with a requirement to work every other weekend.- Engage in patient medication reconciliation processes.
- Handle Pyxis and narcotics management efficiently.- Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC, for daily operations.- Provide holiday coverage as required.
- Be prepared for up to 36 hours of call-off during the assignment without penalty to the facility. This position offers a valuable opportunity to work in a reputable healthcare facility and gain significant experience.
