The Leavitt Group’s affiliate Spott Insurance in Wyomissing, PA is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their busy office.
In this position you will be responsible for the following :
Duties :
- Answer phone calls
- Greet customers
- Take payments
- Address any billing questions
- Main contact for day to day customer needs
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies and brokers
- Work with underwriters to amend coverage to meet client needs
- Report and monitor claims until closed
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills / Qualifications :
- Property and Casualty license preferred
- Ability to work Independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and underwriters
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
- Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain a Team Environment while working remotely
