0 (Straight Nights, Weekends, Holidays / On-Call / Callback / Charge as per Unit Needs) Guaranteed Hours : Information Not Provided Experience : Two (2) Years Experience Required License : RN License (NY License ONLY) Certifications : - BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment Response) required Must-Have : - Telemetry Experience - Recent Pediatric Experience Job Description : Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to care for adult and pediatric patients recovering from brain injuries, including those from oncologic surgery, falls, strokes, and motor vehicle injuries.
- Work in a brand new, state-of-the-art unit.- Provide clinical and emotional support to patients and their families as they work towards regaining independence.
- Promote teamwork, flexibility, enthusiasm, and critical thinking while assisting patients to learn new skills.- Share in the satisfaction of helping patients and families regain control of their lives after serious injury.
