What you'll do :

  • Partner with BCBAs to design and implement personalized ABA therapy programs.
  • Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD.
  • Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
  • Track progress and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Required qualifications :

  • Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED) and an interest in psychology / behavioral health / child development / mental health
  • College enrollment or degree preferred
  • Graduate students in ABA may apply as Behavior Technicians and receive clinical training and supervision hours as required by the BACB

Health & Safety Requirements :

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and / or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
