Title : Care Navigator

Duration : 6 months (Possible extension)

Remote- TX

Description :

  • These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue
  • Day to Day responsibilities - Inbound call center, assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes, ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.

Must have experience working with children and or youth 3 out of the past 5 years

Background in Managed Care

Must be able to pass a DFPS background check

MCO Medicaid STAR Health insurance knowledge

Call center experience is a must; worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely

Education Requirement :

High School Diploma or GED

Education Preferred :

Preferred BA in Social Work or Healthcare Mgmt., LVN, CNA, CMA, RT, Pharmacy Tech

Software Skills Required :

Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc., Avaya soft phone knowledge
