Are you looking for a fulfilling career in primary care medicine with a strong focus on work-life balance? AllCare Primary & Immediate Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team.

Position : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population
- Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions
- Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness
- Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic
- Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes
- Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner
- Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter
- Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins
- Maintain high standard of professionalism when interacting with patients and staff
Working Hours :
- 3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday) : 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM AND
- 1 weekend every other week : 9 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM

Requirements :
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Maryland
- Board Certification / Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
