JCW is currently working on behalf of a hybrid fronting carrier that's looking to add an Associate General Counsel to their legal team.
In this role, you'll be reporting directly to the General Counsel and leading a team of 2-3 down the line.
Responsibilities :
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts (reinsurance agreements, TPAs, etc.)
- Managing litigation
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience within insurance / reinsurance with P&C products and contracts
- Fronting carrier experience preferred
Travel required to the South once a week for the first 6 months, and then quarterly
