Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on various legal matters to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of case files for court proceedings.
- Coordinating and managing client interaction, ensuring prompt communication, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Providing litigation support including evidence management, document production, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
- Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
- Assisting in the development of legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
