About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Wires and Me2Me Product Management and Development team within the CSBB Payments Group. This role will report directly to the Head of Wires, Transfers, and Mobile Deposit and will be responsible for leading the Internal Transfers product.

This individual will serve as the go-to expert, deeply understanding the product’s features, functionality, and opportunities for enhancement to drive improvement. They will lead strategic initiatives that support key business objectives to feed the overall health and success of the product—including achieving annual OKRS (Objectives and Key Results), revenue growth, transaction digitization, increased digital adoption, and improved customer experience—while ensuring alignment with broader CSBB and Payments strategies. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven storytelling, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. The role also involves close partnership with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and operational integrity with the broader CSBB and CSBB Payments strategies.

In this role, you will :

Support the Internal Transfers Product to sustain and improve the overall health of the product

Manage engagement with key internal stakeholders across the organization including Technology, Digital, Operations Independent Risk Management, and Legal

Analyze customer and external data to identify root cause / opportunity, develop solutions based on data, and measure results after implementation

Partner closely with Deposits, Digital, and Fraud teams to balance customer experience, business growth, and fraud risk management objectives

Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies and regulations

Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various level across the organization from junior individuals to senior leaders and their directs

Define high level features and functionality to drive business outcomes

Serve as a subject matter expert on product features and functionality

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

Proven experience in financial service specifically retail banking with hands-on expertise in one or more of the following payment operations : Wire Transfers, Digital Account Funding, ACH / Instant Transfers, or Mobile Deposit.

Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payment products, including Regulation E (Reg E) and UDAAP.

Demonstrated ability to define and document business requirements, epics, and features in an Agile development environment.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; adept at facilitating alignment and driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Skilled in crafting and delivering engaging presentations tailored to audiences at all organizational levels, from frontline teams to executive leadership.

Experience navigating and collaborating across a complex matrix of technology teams and platforms to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Highly organized with outstanding coordination and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range :

Minnesota : $119,000-$206,000 annually

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job .

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
