THE WORK
As a Leader, you will work closely with the Senior Manager to provide strategic support and advice. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building strong interactions to foster collaboration across business areas (BAs) and driving the 1LMX culture forward.
- Acting as a liaison between the Senior Manager and direct report leadership in the execution of new processes and procedures.
- Managing the execution of new processes and procedures.
- Establishing mechanisms for tracking progress towards the vision and goals, regularly reviewing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing achievements.
- Addressing budget issues at the controllable level to find solutions and working closely with Project Managers (PMs) to address concerns about organizational workflow.
- Keeping the vision alive by sharing success stories, recognizing contributions, and reinforcing the importance of the 1LMX vision.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and learning from both successes and failures.
- Leading Talent Development discussions for leaders and high-potential employees, and being involved in long-term succession planning and preparations for leadership transitions within the organization.

Solid writing, speaking and general communication skills.
- Strong understanding in the management of Creative Teams and digital asset management tools
- Executive presence and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of the defense industry
