During Your First Two Weeks, You Will :

• Get acquainted with our codebase, focusing on PHP, Laravel, and Golang
• Attend team meetings to gain an understanding of ongoing projects and team dynamics
• Engage in pair programming sessions with team members to become familiar with our development practices

During Your First 1-3 Months, You Will :

• Begin taking ownership of backend tasks and features, while collaborating closely with the team
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to maintaining high standards in code quality and design
• Attend optional in-office team-building events
• Contribute to project planning and feature design discussions

During Your First 6-12 Months, You Will :

• Be an active participant in planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Take on significant backend development projects
• Contribute to the optimization and scaling of our backend systems
• Mentor new team members, helping them adapt to our workflows and codebase
• Have the opportunity to explore new technologies and propose ways they could benefit our projects

What We Think You'll Need To Be Successful :

• Solid experience in backend development, particularly with PHP and Laravel or Golang
• Understanding of database technologies and RESTful API development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project coordination

Nice to Haves :

• Previous experience working in agile development environments
• Experience or familiarity with Vue.js
• Proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
• Knowledge of cloud services and serverless architectures
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable and high-performance systems
• Willingness to actively participate in the local tech community through meetups or other events
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, TikTok, etc.), keyword-based advertising campaigns, or domain parking a MAJOR plus
