Junior Project Manager
Hybrid Position / 2 Days in Office
Summary :
Ceres Greenhouse Solutions is a fast growing Boulder, CO based company. Founded in 2011 by Dr. Marc Plinke, we have a passion for sustainable design in the greenhouse industry. Our clients include residential, educational and large scale commercial agriculture and cannabis growers. We offer a variety of energy efficient, innovative greenhouse products to match the needs of our client base.
Our Boulder, CO based Project Management team works with clients across the US and Canada and is in search of a Junior Project Manager to liaise with clients, general contractors as well as internally with designers and engineers, successfully managing the planning and construction of Ceres’ greenhouses projects.
Job Responsibilities :
- Successfully create project timelines.
- Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Manage multiple project budgets and forecast project financials simultaneously.
- Analyze construction plans and specifications and communicate with clients and general contractors.
- Pre-construction coordination.
- Track time and material work.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Clients and Contractors to manage jobsite deliveries.
- Communicate with all project stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Build strong relationships with clients / owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors.
- Provide construction oversight and project management.
- Occasional travel for on-site coordination.
- Prepare project closeout by preparing and compiling warranties, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
- Actively seek guidance and feedback from Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to build readiness for future growth.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall project and company objectivities.
Project Manager Qualifications and Skills :
Experience with Google Workspace, BIM 360, BIM Build, Microsoft Project, QuickBooks, or other project management software.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field or on the job experience with construction and project management of pre engineered metal buildings.Detail oriented, diligent, and thorough on all deliverables.Construction experience with residential and commercial building projects.3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in real-time operations or a similar fast-paced environment.Ability to read and interpret project blueprints, technical documents, and schematics.Knowledge in reviewing / redlining project drawings and documents with a keen attention to detail.Good team player and excellent communication skills both oral and written.Comfort with fast-paced environment.Flexible, resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables. Strong organizational skills.Experience with Greenhouse Design / Build desired.Additional Benefits Include but not limited to :
