A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints in accordance with service level agreements
Analyze and resolve problems related to member accounts while assisting team members
Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
No formal education requirement
