Location : New City, NY
Salary : $25.00 per hour w / some flex
Benefits : N / A
Work Schedule : 11 : 00am-5 : 00pm / 6 : 00pm M-F 30-35 hrs per week. Training on a Tues / Wed 11 : 00am-5 : 00pm / 6 : 00pm schedule for the first month
Position Type : Temp-to-Hire or Direct-Hire depending on candidate’s situation
Overview : Dental office seeks experienced Admin or Receptionist with medical office or dental office experience to join their team.
This position could be a Temp-to-Hire for someone out of work and available to start right away, or a Direct-Hire for someone leaving another position with notice.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound phone calls from new and existing patients
- Schedule appointments
- Take payments and insurance information
- Obtain patient paperwork
- Enter patient information into medical records software
- Assist with general office work
Requirements :
- Must be Bi-Lingual Spanish
- Must have medical office or dental office experience
- Must be able to work on-site
- Must be comfortable with computer and electronic medical record software
