Key Responsibilities
Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing for hospital and physician accounts via various communication methods
Access and utilize relevant databases and applications to assist in resolving patient inquiries
Document actions taken in the billing system and complete daily statistic summary reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
Computer skills and excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with the public and healthcare professionals
