We are seeking a temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in the insurance industry located in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing all incoming and outgoing communication. You will also be maintaining an organized and professional work environment, conducting data entry tasks, and supporting the team with a range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the first point of contact by greeting guests and visitors
  • Answer and route calls to the appropriate party in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight mail
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times
  • Open and close the reception area daily, ensuring the space is prepared for the next business day
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) to organize files, schedule appointments and perform data entry tasks
  • Assist visitors by providing necessary information and directing them to the correct departments
  • Respond to inbound calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Undertake special assignments as requested, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate multiple activities at once, showcasing your strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
