Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in the Marlborough / Hudson / Berlin / Northborough, MA, areas.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Occasional on-call may be required
Requires minimum 2 years recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
