Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Establish meaningful connections with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and offer personalized recommendations.
In-Person Sales : Conduct face-to-face interactions with potential clients, presenting insurance options tailored to their needs.
Policy Management : Assist clients in understanding their policies, making changes as needed, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Sales Goals : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Nevada Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance License is required, or willing to obtain. Sales Experience : Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance but not neccessary.
Industry.Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate client records.Professionalism : Present a polished and professional image in all client interactions.
Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Las Vegas area and the insurance needs of residents is a plus.
