Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team :

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Monitor and maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency in restaurant operations.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies and procedures :

Train, manage, and motivate staff members to meet performance expectations.

  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, seeking positive resolutions :

Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

  • Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe and clean environment.
  • Take the lead in scheduling and labor cost control :

Ensure efficient staff scheduling and labor management.
