Hematology - Oncology Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician or locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday -Friday clinic visits for about 8-9 hours between 8am and 5pm and every 5th weekend call.
• Practice Setting : outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures : General Hematology - Oncology cases
• Credentialing timeframe : 0-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Certifications required : Board Eligible
• Licensure required :  Licensed in Wisconsin or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
