Required Qualifications :
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of (Connecticut) at time of employment
- BC / BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

Connecticut Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $244,000 to $341,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
