The Electrical Estimator Level 2 is responsible for finalizing electrical bids, selecting suppliers strategically, and aligning pricing with both client expectations and company profitability targets. This role bridges technical estimating work with relationship management, ensuring competitive, accurate, and compelling proposals for electrical construction projects.

Job Summary

The Electrical Estimator II is responsible for finalizing electrical bids, selecting suppliers strategically, and aligning pricing with both client expectations and company profitability targets. This role bridges technical estimating work with relationship management, ensuring competitive, accurate, and compelling proposals for electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Level 1's prepared documentation to develop complete and competitive electrical bids.
• Select electrical equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors strategically to optimize cost, quality, and lead time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with electrical contractors, GCs, and suppliers during the bidding phase.
• Develop labor estimates for electrical crews, factoring in installation methods, productivity rates, and project conditions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and historical project data to improve bid positioning.
• Ensure all bids comply with applicable electrical codes, project specifications, and safety standards.

Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person's qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future.
