We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in the manufacturing / aerospace industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growth and strategic objectives, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong manufacturing background to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities :
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will :
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a high level of communication and engagement.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess :
1. Proven 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources position for a manufacturing or industrial company.
3. Demonstrated industry knowledge and understanding of HR systems and databases.
4. In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
7. BS / MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
8. HRBP or equivalent certification would be a plus.
9. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
10. Excellent people management skills and a strong ability to adapt to change.
