Seasonal Sales Associate
Department : Store Team FLSA Status : Non-exempt
Job Summary
The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include actively engaging with our customers, and stocking and recovering the Sales Floor.
The Sales Associate should be able to work a register and enthusiastically ask our guests about donating to our Co-op scholarship fund.
The Sales Associate reports to the Store Director.

Customer Service Engagement
Greet our customers as they walk in the front doors. Acknowledge customers as they walk through the store and offer baskets to any customers with more than 2 items in their hands.
Walk customers to their desired sections or product and put theitems into their hands.
Stock the selling floor with merchandise
Stock and replenish all parts of the store based on visual and replenishment guidelines.
Displays, tables and racks should be sized, edged, and filled appropriately.
Recover the selling floor
Ensure that displays, tables, and racks are neat, organized, and free of clutter and dust.
Complete other duties as required or requested based on provided duty guidelines and timelines.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required.
