Health Plans Commissions Manager - Sales License
A company is looking for a Manager of Health Plans Commissions and Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCalculate and process monthly commissions for agent / agency partners in Medicare lines of businessDevelop and manage commission strategies in accordance with CMS guidelines and ensure accuracy prior to payment releasesCollaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate commission payments while auditing for under or overpaymentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field3+ years of experience in commissions, audit, QC, or payroll processingKnowledge of CMS commission guidance and processesExperience in managing and leading a teamSales License preferred
